**The Role**
Exciting opportunities exist to join Defence Intelligence Group (DIG) and contribute to supporting Australia’s national security and strategic objectives. We seek motivated people with passion, creativity, good judgment and adaptability to achieve our missions. Working in a team, as a Policy & Governance Officer you will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of Defence intelligence policy in accordance with Defence and Government strategic priorities, including engagement with a range of domestic and international stakeholders and provision of advice to the Chief of Defence Intelligence;
- Contribute to the ongoing management of Defence intelligence priorities;
- Contribute to governance related tasks and activities, including documentation reviews and quality assurance checks;
- Help ensure compliance with relevant legislative frameworks; and
- Liaise extensively and coordinate effectively across the different enterprise levels, providing exposure to a diverse and, often, senior audience.
