**The Role**
Join the Defence Learning Environment team as an APS 6 DLE Learning and Development Officer at DELTA, located at the Australian Defence College in Weston.
This role is accountable under broad direction to perform learning and development work within an integrated and complex workforce, and is pivotal in ensuring DELTA's compliance with legal and policy standards while supporting the strategic transformation of Defence's learning environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder meetings, enhancing governance practices, and implementing sustainable business processes. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for success, as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency within the learning environment. You will provide detailed technical and professional learning and development advice, and contribute to strategic planning, program and project management, and policy development.
