**The Role**

You will lead a small and collaborative team, as well as a high volume, fast paced recruitment function. Together the People and Culture team is committed to delivering outcomes that allow all our people to flourish - and enabling them to have a positive impact on children and young people in our community.**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Extensive senior level recruitment experience and evidence of using contemporary research and strategic thinking to identify, analyse and implement effective contemporary talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated internal and external stakeholder engagement and management skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
- Ability to design, develop and deliver initiatives that ensure the Y WA is known as a place that promotes belonging and commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
- National Police clearance, Working with Children Check and current WA C class Driver’s Licence
