Decathlon is an international sporting goods company with presence in over 70 countries worldwide. We are looking for the passionate sports lovers of Australia to join our Customer Service Team in Tempe, Sydney. We started our Australian activity in 2016 with our online business, and we now have seven large stores across Sydney and Melbourne with plans to expand further throughout Australia.

The key to our retail business is our teammates, we are proud of our retail leaders and ensure they have the correct support and career development opportunities As a Customer Service Teammate in our MVP Team your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores, wanting to come back again From a friendly and professional welcome through to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to always deliver a 5-star shopping experience.

This is a FULL-TIME role with weekend work required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Customer Service** - Through your own passion for sports and communicating with others you share your knowledge and positivity about everything Decathlon and the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member.

**Customer**
**Experience** - Our Customer Self Service process is state of the art, but nothing beats the human touch. You're the last point of call for our customers so leaving only the best impression is key.
