With a history dating back to the 1930s, we pride ourselves on serving quality food with a smile - and we’re looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our Tempe location.

**About the Role**

Harry’s Café de Wheels, Sydney’s iconic take away store requires a happy and reliable Store Manager:

- Full-time position
- Good pay and conditions
- Experience in food/ take away is preferred
- Training provided
- Shifts may vary
- Tempe location

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of customer service and kitchen staff
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management, cash handling, and reporting
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment
- Manage rosters, recruitment, and staff training
- Monitor and manage costs, waste, and sales targets
- Work closely with area management to implement business strategies

**About You**
- Proven experience in a similar role (hospitality/quick-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A hands-on, positive, and customer-first attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $49,900.00 - $82,791.11 per year
