With a history dating back to the 1930s, we pride ourselves on serving quality food with a smile – and we're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our Tempe location.

About the Role

Harry's Café de Wheels, Sydney's iconic take away store requires a happy and reliable Store Manager:

  • Full-time position
  • Good pay and conditions
  • Experience in food/ take away is preferred
  • Training provided
  • Shifts may vary
  • Tempe location

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service and kitchen staff
  • Oversee daily operations, including stock management, cash handling, and reporting
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • Manage rosters, recruitment, and staff training
  • Monitor and manage costs, waste, and sales targets
  • Work closely with area management to implement business strategies

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role (hospitality/quick-service preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A hands-on, positive, and customer-first attitude
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Full working rights in Australia
