The opportunity has arisen for a F&B Supervisor to join the team. You will be supporting the Feast buffet restaurant, Gallery Lounge and Conservatory Bar. This unique role will allow you to gain vast experience within the busy bar if this is something that interests you.

**EXPERIENCE MORE**:

- Assist the Restaurant and Bar Manager with the daily operation of the Bar and Restaurants
- Lead your own team to success
- Assisting the team with queries and guest requests
- Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution
- Provide ongoing training and continual departmental improvement
- Take ownership of and o**f**fer problem solving initiatives
- Ensure both the Guest’s and Hotel/Departments interests are met and resolved with a positive result for all

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is essential
- Experience with property management systems - OPERA or MICROS advantageous
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energized in a fast paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
