We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team here at the Darling Harbour visitor attractions, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds Sydney.
**About the Role**
***Working closely with the Commercial management team, you will oversee the daily operation of the food and beverage outlets within the Darling Harbour Attractions. This role is focused on delivering an incredible guest experience & high-quality products with food safety as the main order of business.
The success of this role is measured by maintaining financial and non-financial KPIs and promoting a great staff culture to achieve guest satisfaction and staff engagement targets. This role holds responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the commercial department and the delivery of on-going training, focusing on motivating staff to provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
**About You**
You will have a high attention to detail and be driven by delivering the best product to our guests through an engaged & highly motivated team environment. You will be an expert at prioritization & delegation in situations that demand fast service & managing various expectations of internal & external customers. Get in touch with your creative side with product and display merchandising. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal, but a desire to work in the entertainments & tourism industry is essential.
