We are looking for Inbound Sales Consultants who have previous sales experience or customer service experience with strong communication & computer skills to assist
The primary mission of the Sales Consultant is to provide expertise to assist customers in identifying and clarifying their needs and converting these opportunities into sales while providing excellence in customer service.
You will be using your proven sales and service skills to demonstrate the value and benefit of our client’s products and services.
All successful applicants must complete a police check paid for by us prior to commencing with Acquire BPO.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or service environment
- Motivated to deliver sales results and achieve Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
- Dedication to excellence in customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Able to navigate multiple systems and online tools
- Willingness to learn and maintain new skills
- Flexible Hours on a Monday - Friday roster
- Flexible and positive work approach and attitude
