**Customer Service Focused Patient Services Assistant Wanted - SALHN**

In this customer-focused role, you'll provide exceptional administrative support and deliver outstanding service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Utilise your strong communication abilities and organizational skills to contribute to the smooth operations of our renowned healthcare facility.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for providing the highest possible level of quality service. This is achieved by teamwork ensuring functions are consistent with daily work routines and schedules maintained as per agreed procedures. Duties for the role will include:

- Commitment to providing a level of care that we would expect for our friends & family,
- Complying with WHS policies and procedures within SALHN,
- Ensuring that the appropriate documentation is completed, in conjunction with the manager/supervisor, following a work-related incident/injury and/or the reporting of a hazard,
- Protecting your own and others’ health and safety at work

**About you**:

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and as an effective team member,
- Ability to exercise judgment on day-to-day tasks,
- Flexible approach to work routine,
- Customer service or dealing with empathy
