As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand. If you have a strong background in inventory planning and a passion for supply chain management, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop accurate inventory plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Planner in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization techniques.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
