Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Bellroy Full time

Join to apply for the Inventory Planner & Analyst role at Bellroy.

Our Demand and Supply Planning Team is responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels across 6 parent warehouses, 10 child locations, and 4 global supply points. It's a complex ecosystem — and we're looking for someone who can think clearly, plan precisely, and connect the dots across teams.

Your mission? Maximise availability, minimise stock-holding, and shape demand and supply plans that align with factory capacity. This role involves more than just crunching numbers; it requires keeping teams aligned — from production to sales — and knowing when to flag issues, ask questions, or intervene to keep things moving.

If you enjoy finding patterns, refining systems, and translating analysis into action, keep reading.

You might come from inventory planning or a data-rich role wishing to see the real-world impact of your analysis. Either way, you are likely someone who:

  • Enjoys working with large datasets and making smart decisions
  • Identifies gaps or risks early
  • Streamlines systems and improves processes
  • Communicates effectively across teams

Bring your analytical mindset, data skills, and desire for continuous improvement. We offer a supportive team, autonomy, and the tools you need to succeed.

  • Have 3–5 years' experience in data-driven decision-making roles
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and familiar with SQL
  • Experience working across systems, with data cleaning and integration skills
  • Careful planning and quick action when things drift off track
  • Enjoy collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Understand analysis should inform smarter business decisions
  • Bring clarity and coordination to cross-functional work
  • Experience with (or interest in learning) tools like Netsuite (ERP) and Looker (BI)

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE...

  • Reviewed stock levels and created transfer orders
  • Discussed Inventory KPIs with your team and leadership
  • Aligned supply plans with production constraints
  • Investigated and resolved Amazon Germany availability issues
  • Helped allocate inventory for sales campaigns
  • Updated forecasts and expedited purchase orders for fast-selling products
  • Identified manual processes for automation and worked on improvements

What You'll Get...

A thoughtful, collaborative, curious team. Autonomy to excel. Supportive tools. And a role where your ideas influence our daily work.
