- This role is part of the Talent and Capability function at Benetas. We are currently re-building and expanding our function to be in a position to make a meaningful and sustainable impact.
- To be successful in this role you should possess experience in the following:

- Experience with eLearning authoring tools, digital learning, multi modality learning, social learning and neurosciences in learning
- Identification of capability needs using quantitative and qualitative evidence
- Ensuring learning design is suitable for different audiences, leveraging human centred design where appropriate to ensure the design supports desired performance outcomes
- Strong ability to build partnerships across varied stakeholder groups to understand requirements, identify and develop appropriate solutions to achieve outcomes
- Ability to measure, monitor and track the operationalising and implementation of learning and development solutions
- Depth of project management experience to ensure programs of work are scoped effectively, developed and delivered against time, quality and budget requirements.
- An appropriate qualification in a field such as learning and development, education, organisational development or a related discipline
