The Roles

We are seeking both Mid-Level Counsel and a Senior Legal Advisor / Lead Counsel to join our growing in-house legal division.

Both positions will be central to Rothschild Auto's financial and operational integrity — managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on high-value transactions.

Discretion, composure, and sophistication are essential. The successful candidate will combine the acuity of a financial strategist with the poise of a trusted confidant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to vehicle sales, leasing, vendor partnerships, and financing
  • Advise on corporate structuring, acquisitions, and financial transactions
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, and confidentiality standards
  • Liaise with financial institutions, external counsel, and regulatory agencies
  • Provide clear, strategic legal counsel to executive leadership
  • Protect Rothschild Auto's brand, reputation, and clients through meticulous legal governance

Mid-Level Counsel

Ideal for an accomplished attorney seeking to refine their expertise within a luxury, fast-growing enterprise.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership
  • Strong command of contract negotiation and business finance principles
  • Exceptional professionalism, organization, and judgment

Senior Legal Advisor / Lead Counsel

Designed for a lawyer prepared to serve as the primary in-house authority on legal and financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial, corporate, or luxury-sector law
  • Proven leadership in managing legal teams or major transactions
  • Deep understanding of corporate compliance, finance, and risk management
  • Exceptional interpersonal presence and strategic foresight
