**About the opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Regulatory Support Officer** who will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of timely, confidential, effective, and efficient high-quality administrative support, correspondence and records management services that supports the regulatory division of DEM.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- High level capability in implementing administrative, business support, records and data management protocols, practices and procedures.
- Proven ability to provide professional administrative support for a range of functions, including working with computer-based word processing and database systems, preparing correspondence and reports and undertaking records management functions.
- Ability to work with flexibility, under supervision, collaboratively in a team environment, and to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines and effectively meet changing requirements and situations.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to consult, liaise and deliver a high level of customer service to a broad range of clients whilst maintaining confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:
Desirable: Legal Secretary or Paralegal experience

**Remuneration**:
ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 + superannuation
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
