We are on a strong growth trajectory, and as a result, are seeking an **inspiring, driven and motivating Sales Team Leader** to become an integral part of this exciting and significant phase of our business journey.
**About our opportunity**
As an experienced sales professional with successful leadership skills and strong commercial understanding gained within the health sector, this newly created position will offer you the opportunity to make your mark, as we continue to build our business and the Imaging Associates brand within the community.
You will contribute to our growth by leading and developing a team of Territory Managers to meet their sales targets through their engagement with health professionals to determine the best fit for our services and their needs.
**Key focuses of the role include**:
- Work with key stakeholders to develop the Sales Strategy
- Mentor and motivate a team of Territory Managers to drive growth and achieve overall sales targets, ensure a high level of engagement and motivation and a positive team culture
- Develop and implement Sales and Territory Plans
- Use sales data and trends to form and implement strategies to maximise revenue and meet targets
- Nurture existing client relationships whilst engaging and building new professional relationships
- Focus on continuous improvement to bring innovative ideas to help grow our business
**About you**
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Proven ability in the leadership and development of a team in a sales and service environment
- A track record of success in relationship management and sales in the medical/healthcare industry, including identifying and engaging growth opportunities within a territory
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen within health sector (clinical knowledge/expertise within Radiology desirable)
- The ability to work with and influence outcomes with key stakeholders
- A demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly and juggle a number of priorities
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and RISPACS system (Visage preferred)
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Science or business-related field
