**Maintenance Handyperson**
**Part Time $23.52 Monday - Friday, $29.40 Saturday, $35.28 Sunday**
**Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
As a Maintenance Handyperson you will resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, function areas and restaurants throughout Sea World Resort and Water Park.

**Duties**:

- Moving of furniture including beds from guest rooms, office furniture and other large items
- General maintenance and minor plumbing - tap washers, leaking taps, replacing shower heads and minor cistern repairs
- Pool duties - vacuuming pools and ponds, monitoring temperature controls
- Preventative maintenance inspections - maintaining plant room inspections, cleaning of air conditioning filters
- Lighting - inspections and changing of light bulbs

**Skills and Experience**:

- Construction industry white card
- Open manual drivers licence
- Trade background preferred but not essential
- Any additional licences would be advantageous, such as Elevated Work Platform
