As a **Handyperson **for our second residential tower, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties from minor repairs and renovations to general maintenance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence that our guests have come to expect. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **A few of your responsibilities**: - Undertake in-room set ups ahead of the opening of our new Residential Tower - Perform a wide range of tasks, including repairs such as patching, painting tiling, AV equipment, and general maintenance across Tower 2 - Ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards - Collaborate with the Property Operations team to identify and address maintenance needs proactively - Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed - Support the planning and execution of maintenance tasks and small-scale projects as needed. **What are we looking for**: - Proven experience as a handyperson, with practical skills in general building maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required **About you**: With your diverse experience across multiple trades and exceptional attention to detail, you’re set to thrive in our Property Operations team.
