Electrical Pty Ltd is a large size Electrical Contractor established in 2010, whose strengths lie in the successful delivery of Electrical, Security and Communications systems for medium to large residential and commercial projects bounded by its core family values such as Trust, Respect, Perseverance, Integrity and Loyalty.

With its rapid growth, the company is currently in need of **Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Foreman, Licensed Leading Hand, **and/or **Licensed /Unlicensed tradesman, **with the following attributes:

- Available for full-time work (40 hours/week) in the Western Suburbs, NSW.
- Proven experience as an electrical tradesperson with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Experience in both commercial and residential electrical construction.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role is highly desirable.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and licenses.
- Possesses a valid White Card for Construction Induction Safety.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various projects.
- Perform hands-on electrical work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret and review electrical plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site.
- Provide training and support to junior team members and apprentices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Electrician: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- White Card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
