**Title: Site Supervisor / Foreman - Residential Construction**

**Salary: From $65,000 per annum**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the work of trades and subcontractors to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any construction issues.
- Maintain accurate records of construction progress and site activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction, preferably with a licensed builder in Sydney.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Own transport to travel between sites as required.
