Join TAL as an Administrator, Corporate & Implementation. This role sits within our Group Life and Retirement team who are committed to delivering on TAL’s strategy by providing best practice, industry leading services to our partners. Reporting into the New Partnerships Lead - Group, you will provide administrative support to our Wealth division and Growth team. This team is made up of several professionals focused on growth, bid management, along with Corporate related activities and partnerships.

This is a permanent role, working flexibly from our Sydney office.

In this role you will:

- Assist brokers and employers with any requirements to ensure a smooth transition to TAL
- Support the internal teams with the delivery of the implementation of the New Business into TAL systems and processes
- Support the Group Administration team finalise the implementation and provide leading ongoing services
- Assist Growth Leadership in reviewing market data to understand market insights and dynamics
- Support Bid Managers with operational tasks to support a New Business Tender
- Support the Growth Leadership with operational activities to support partner engagements, including events, merchandise, and other activities
- Own the data to support the Growth team track and deliver to New Business pipeline & quotations to prospect expectations
- Build relationships with brokers and assisting with operational aspects of New Business Corporate opportunities
- Support the Growth leadership with reporting and insights on areas for improvement for New Business quotations and pipeline reporting
- Manage and deliver operational reporting for partners for the Superannuation based business
- Support the teams with Regulatory reporting and other challenges required to support the Corporate business
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with peers at TAL to support delivery of Growth outcomes

**Qualifications**
- Have an understanding of the insurance industry, with a minimum 2 years’ experience working within financial services
- Have an ability to complete analytical and problem-solving activities
- Demonstrate capability to deliver organised and structured approach to data and reporting
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
- Have strong collaboration skills, an understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to work as a team member
