The Role

As the key contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing meeting rooms and Boardrooms, including catering requirements as needed.

  • Providing a welcoming experience for guests on level 25, greeting and directing them accordingly
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest sign-in and sign-out using our SINE system
  • Operating our Landis Attendant Pro telephony system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and forwarded to the relevant area
  • Managing security access passes for employees and contractors, as well as temp passes for off-site workers
  • Coordinating corporate events, including catering arrangements as necessary
You Will Have
  • Customer-facing administration experience in a similar role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and record management systems
  • Demonstrated high-level administrative and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask
