**The Opportunity**

In a newly created position, the P&C Lead - Supply Chain ANZ will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and delivery of key people programs within The Arnott’s Group. Our supply chain across Australia and New Zealand comprises of approximately 1600 people, 5 manufacturing sites, and a corporate office.

Leading a team of experienced P&C Business partners, you will be responsible for aligning efforts across the sites, and embedding changes that deliver sustained impactful change.

**The Accountabilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of people & culture strategy for the Supply Chain, anticipating mega-trends and complex challenges and opportunities, and ensuring integration with the wider P&C strategy
- Provide guidance and support to teams implementing Enterprise Agreement changes and complex ER cases
- Partner with SC to identify leadership and other capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of SC and deliver ANZ wide workforce planning changes
- P&C Team leadership - identify and maximise areas of strength within the team, and prioritise development activities at an individual and group level.
- Actively participate in the ANZ Leadership Team to set the course for the broader P&C team for the year(s) ahead

- Extensive experience within the HR function, specifically working within a manufacturing environment (food preferred), negotiating Enterprise Agreements and navigating industrial relations matters, employee relations, leadership and change management
