**WHO ARE YOU?**

You are a lover of all things digital analytics and are looking to take the next step in your career in the data and analytics space. You have at least 2 years working experience in a similar role, preferably at a digital agency like ours.

You are passionate about the value of accurate data, and enjoy analysing customer data sets and extracting actionable insights, working with CDPs, setting up tracking and tagging, educating clients on the use and benefits of analytics in a way they can understand, and more.

**WHAT’S THE ROLE?**

The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for the hands-on management of all digital analytics work at Revium.

The role covers estimation, implementation, documentation, testing and quality assurance for works related to analytics tagging/tracking, conversion rate optimisation and data visualization across a range of tools including (but not limited to) GA, GDS, GTM, PowerBi, Segment CDP, Optimise and Supermetrics.

You will work alongside a Digital Marketing Team who are Subject Matter Experts in their field. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Services Director.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Architecting digital analytics ecosystem - including understanding client needs and translating them into proposed solutions.
- Perform bespoke analysis of customer data sets, extract relevant, meaningful and actionable insights and then present them back to the client in a digestible format.
- Working directly with clients to review and evolve their analytics and measurement offerings.
- Pull together and deliver engaging presentations on digital analytics topics to internal and external groups.
- Data visualisation design and delivery.
- Key contributor to CDP implementation projects.
- Managing data/analytics aspects of Digital Marketing performance reporting.
- Set up tagging and tracking for client websites, apps and campaigns.
- Set up, maintain and evolve reporting dashboards for clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and opportunities in the analytics space.
- Provide support, education and guidance to the broader team around digital analytics.
- Support the Digital Marketing Services (DMS) Director to enhance/develop/expand Revium’s digital analytics service where relevant.
- Support sales efforts for digital analytics services including contributing to client pitches.
- Assist with internal digital analytics projects.

**WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR?**
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (ideally working in an agency environment)
- Strong experience across Google Data Suite (GA, GTM, GDS, Optimise)
- Ideally experience with CDP platforms (ideally Segment)
- Experience using Supermetrics
- Strong digital analytics analysis skills
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex analytics issues in layman’s terms
- Ability to overlay client imperatives with data analysis to extract relevant, meaningful and actionable insights
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations
- Self-motivated and contributes to positive team morale.
