**The role: Innovation Manager**

This role would suit an ambitious qualitative researcher/designer/strategist who wants to work on various projects from brief and inception to execution and final implementation.

With a flat structure, you’ll be hands-on with every aspect of the innovation process with key responsibilities in:

- Facilitating and de-coding client briefs
- Pulling apart questions to deeply understand the problem
- Project management - timelines, budgets and resources
- Designing research plans
- Running qualitative insights from expert interviews to in-home observations, workshops and co-creation sessions
- Translating insights into emotive stories and thought-provoking material
- Managing prototypes development with suppliers
- Presenting and implementing recommendations into client’s business

**The essentials**:

- Proven consulting agency experience in innovation/qualitative research/service design/product design or strategy
- Exposure to qualitative methodologies such as - in-depth interviews, groups, observations, co-creation sessions, ideation workshops etc
- Confident communication and ability to build a connection with people from all walks of life
- Comfortable being uncomfortable, stretching your thinking and working with ambiguity
- An ability to make things happen - proactive, resourceful and tenacious
- A desire to learn commercially, academically and emotionally.
- Keen sense of humour and good music taste (they take their playlists curation_ very _seriously)
