**THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to join the Mahogany team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Mahogany is located on our main gaming floor, at Crown Sydney and provides 24/7 luxury food and beverage offerings to our VIP gaming guests. In this position you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of Mahogany by providing hands on support to the entire front of house team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous supervisor experience in a fast-paced premium dining or bar environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to coach and train staff effectively on Standard Operating Procedures
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5- star environment
- Flexibility to work a **rotating roster across 24/7 basis**:

- Strong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skills
