**Epicurean** provides a sophisticated open kitchen dining experience, offering a variety of cuisines that showcase the freshest produce. Boasting a prime position with panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and surrounding waters, guests will be able to watch chefs create mouth-watering dishes before their eyes across nine live kitchens.

**THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to join the Epicurean team as a **Food and Beverage Supervisor**.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required to provide hands on support to the entire front of house team as well as have excellent food and beverage knowledge. You will be accountable for the efficient operation of the high-volume service environment and upholding our premium customer service standards.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced and/or premium restaurant environment
- Passion for the industry & excellent customer service skills
- Motivational leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and train your team
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
- Availability to work across a 7 day a week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW RSA Certificate
