**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about Leadership? Can you imagine leading a group of Allied Health Professionals in a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based treatments through a mix of one on one rehabilitation, exercise-based classes, pain management and equipment prescription to residents and the community in our state of the art facility?

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Clinic Team Leader to join our friendly and professional team in Rowville.

The Clinic Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team in delivering aged care services in the clinic and community with exceptional client service to achieve consumer and organisational goals and outcomes.

Leading by example, the Team Leader will provide high level administrative and clinical services to both residents living in aged care facilities and external clientele. While maintaining this caseload you will also provide complex case consultation, upskilling and mentorship for members of the team and work collaboratively with Team Leaders of other disciplines for service provision.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Demonstrated experience in a leadership/management role within an Allied Health/Aged Care environment, providing excellence in facility management, staff development and resident care
- Natural stakeholder engagement skills and strong business acumen
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer experience and successful client outcomes
- Experience in driving team engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Ability to drive operational performance through implementing systems and processes to ensure key objectives are met
