Acfi Coordinator

**About the Role**

**3 days per week at Rowville Manor, our 120 bed aged care home located in Rowville.**

You will assist in conducting ACFI assessments, collating ACFI packs, identifying the need for ACFI changes and always ensuring accuracy and best practice. You will be involved in care planning for our residents. This role will also involve Quality and maintaining of standards.

You will be fully supported by the Group ACFI Manager, Group Quality Manager, Clinical Services Manager and the Director of Nursing.

**Essential Requirements**
- Understanding of ACFI documentation and Commonwealth Standards
- Experience working with ACFI submissions and care planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership Skills
- Excellent communication Skills
- RN Div1, EN or PCAs with experience welcome to apply
- Covid vaccination
- Police check
