**About the role**:
As Trainer and Assessor for the Diploma of Community Services, you will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of units, while ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework. In this role, you will be expected to have relevant and current work experience in the units you are employed to deliver.

Other duties include:

- Training and assessment of units and ensuring effective learning
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and results
- Providing high-quality engaging teaching services to our students

**About you**

Minimum of 2 years industry experience in the community services sector required. You will be asked to undertake a police check and Working with Children Check to be considered for this role.

It would be advantageous if you hold the following:

- Diploma of Community Services qualification
- Experience working with international students in vocational education and training
- Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Moodle
- Recent experience in counselling and/or working with people affected by domestic and family violence
