**The opportunity**:
Acknowledge Education currently has an exceptional opportunity for a Registrar to work strategically and collaboratively with the Senior Executive Team in ensuring the provision of a quality student experience.

In this fantastic new role, your key accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

- Leading the Management of student records via RTO Manager
- Managing & processing students’ non-academic appeals and deferrals, withdrawals, course or campus changes
- Leading and collaborating with other departments to ensure ESOS Compliance

**Applications and Key Selection Criteria**:
You must have tertiary qualifications combined with demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume dynamic customer service environment. Experience in a highly regulated environment, particularly in an educational context is highly advantageous. You will possess outstanding organizational, project management and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You must have the demonstrated ability to develop effective working partnerships to fully ascertain business requirements, develop appropriate systems and procedures and manage the implementation.**We are an equal opportunity employer.
