The **Salesforce Effectiveness Manager (12-month maternity leave cover fixed term contract) **is responsible to drive and continuously improve the operational effectiveness of Winc’s Salesforce platform. This role works closely with the sales teams to define key metrics, identify, and analyse performance trends and investigate factors impacting organisational success & profitable growth.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Design, develop, document and test complete solutions for our sales team to utilise Salesforce
- Support the continuous development of Salesforce to ensure it remains aligned to the evolving needs of the business.
- Liaising with relevant teams and stakeholders across areas of the organisation to understand business context for change
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Coordinate continuous development, test and Integration of new features.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Helpdesk support of system users.

**Skills & experience required to succeed in this role**:

- 5+ years’ experience in corporate reporting role, Finance, Marketing or Sales/Sales Operations
- Advanced analytical skills including managing/merging/synthesizing data across SFDC, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, to develop insights and inform decisions
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to troubleshoot, communicate, and negotiate with all levels of the business
- Ability to translate analyses into compelling narratives and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable leading and facilitating cross-functional stakeholder meetings with equal ability to quickly synthesize information to drive outcome
