**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Sales experience (B2B experience preferential); and
- Management experience.

**Compensation**:

- A starting base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super + Generous Commission structure (negotiable based on level of experience)_

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 12.00 am - 8 pm _

**The role**:
Lead a team in:

- Business-to-Business sales calls (**no cold calling**).
- Driving team results and adhering to KPIs.
- Customer relations management and client liaison.
- Data entry.
- The role requires grasping new information quickly, learning about various products and services, and navigating multiple Customer Relation Management systems efficiently.

**What we are looking for**:

- Call Centre **Sales experience**;
- **Business-to-Business sales** experience;
- **Management/team leader** experience;
- Experience in the **energy and telecommunication** sector is beneficial;
- Energetic/bubbly personality;
- Experience with **Key Performance Indicators** (KPIs) and a result-focused mindset;
- An **eye for detail, **ensuring accuracy and precision in agent-to-customer interactions and administrative tasks;
- **Customer-orientated** and **solutions-focused**;
- Ability to **learn fast **and **multitask** while navigating multiple systems/platforms.
