- Job Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Agent to join Service Stream's Network Services Team.
- About the Role Service Stream’s Utilities division (Network Service) are currently seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Casual / Full-time hours

Location: Melbourne (CBD), VIC

Reporting Line: Scheduling Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Make scripted phone calls to residential and business customers and building managers to arrange access and appointments for our electricity meter technicians.
- Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.
- Accurate data entry in client's systems and Excel sheets.
- Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Strong focus on customer service and compliance.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 months in a call centre, customer service or administrative role is essential
- Basic competencies in MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook is essential
- Friendly phone manner
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- High level attention to detail
