Lets talk about the role
Reporting into the Head of Shared Services, the Senior Manager, Learning and Knowledge, will own the Learning and Knowledge Management function for front-line employees and partners. They will be responsible for leading a team (11) of learning professionals and Knowledge consultants.

As an expert in Learning and Capability you will develop and drive the front line and partner learning strategy, creating learning pathways
- Responsible for leading a team of learning professionals across ANZ
- Develop and drive the front-line and partner learning strategy, creating learning pathways
- Partner with stakeholders, project teams and partners to understand learning needs and deliver innovative learning experiences
- Utilise new technology to develop innovative learning and knowledge solutions. Champion digital learning solutions that use a variety of digital media such as simulation, video, animation, gaming, app development
- Manage the pipeline of design work from needs analysis through to solution implementation with responsibility for competency assessment results and evaluating effectiveness of training

- Extensive experience in conducting a needs analysis, development of learning material and knowledge of training program design and effectiveness
- Leader of people. You love building high performing teams who show empathy, helpfulness and a continuous learning approach
- Demonstrable experience in partnering and working with different business stakeholders and functions in financial services
- Understanding of different learning and communication styles and knowledge management principles
