**About the Contract**

EQL is the Queensland Government entity that combines the state-owned electricity distributors Ergon Energy and Energex. For more than a decade, Ventia has worked to deliver over $250 million of electricity and gas transmission and distribution (T&D) projects across Australia.

Ventia provides a range of Facilities Management services for Energy Queensland including property services, pool vehicle management, cleaning, grounds maintenance, general maintenance and project management services for Non-Network Infrastructure and substations across the entire state of Queensland.

**About the Role**

The Maintenance Data Specialist provides high quality services to the EQL Non-Network Infrastructure Services contract team. Utilising the work management system (SAP), the successful applicant will develop, update, and load manual maintenance plans, provide technical advice and system support of the Management Information Systems (MIS).

Office based in **Newstead, QLD.**

Other key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Review and upload maintenance plans into SAP
- Confirm maintenance set-up requirements
- Generate and upload Work Orders to complete scheduled activities, in alignment with site inspection requirements
- Provide asset and project information to the contract team
- Collect, load and review equipment register
- Notify stakeholders of any changes in the work schedules
- Develop and provide accurate reporting for all asset management aspects of the contract.
- Work closely with the Work Management Centre, to ensure planned maintenance KPIs are being achieved

**About You**

The key skills and attributes required to be successful in this role include:

- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a FM environment or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); preferably SAP
- Strong knowledge and understanding of asset management, quality, WHS, and environmental and risk management systems
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of work planning and scheduling practices and procedures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Functional Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook & Word
