D365 Developer

Contract for 6 months with possible extension | Newstead + WFH

We're working with a leading Queensland government client to recruit an experienced D365 Developer. In this role you will build, develop, and maintain configurations, workflows, and code in a growing D365 CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the finalisation and develop of the Customer Asset Team D365 CRM
  • Design, code, and configure D365 application modules to specification.
  • Develop D365 according to functional requirements and user stories.
  • Develop and execute unit testing on relevant D365 functionality.
  • Integrate API's and other functionality as required.
  • Provide technical support for the environment and business applications on the D365 platform, with a primary focus on CRM.
  • Consult with business stakeholders and other technical specialists to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Provide guidance on native platform functionality and how this can be leveraged to maximise the value, sustainability, and supportability of solutions.
  • Provide support and assistance for system and user acceptance testing of D365 solutions.

What we're looking for?

  • At least 3+ years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions and CRMs in JavaScript or C#
  • 2+ years' experience in D365, CRM Development, Power Apps and/or Power automate, Logic Apps and Azure functions
  • Demonstrable working understanding of Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrable experience in developing CRMs in Power Apps (Minimum 2-3 relevant projects)
  • Working knowledge or understanding of JavaScript, custom connectors/actions/plugins, other Microsoft products and orchestration design
  • Knowledge in data modelling, building tables, business rules, views, forms, and applying security concepts to protect information managed by the solution.
  • Ability to create applications to support or extend Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Configure Microsoft Power Platform features, connectors and Dataverse to support data flows between various systems, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft M365 services and other enterprise services.
