**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, you'll assist in the Development of a centralised procurement and contract management function.
You'll provide administrative support for Procurement and Contract Management within our business units and communities.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Data entry / update into Risk system
- Maintenance of procurement agreement SharePoint site
- Liaise with suppliers / contractors to maintain supporting documents
- Assistance in the co-ordination and support of community training sessions
- Liaise with Facilities Management Agent on behalf of Aveo Group; to maintain active supplier / contractor base
- Support procurement team members with admin requirements
- Liaise with supporting teams such as legal / risk & Insurance, WHS etc.
- Maintain community information for procurement needs
- Review and maintain procurement documents
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**You'll have the following attributes**:

- Computer literacy good knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint
- Retirement Village Industry experience (Desirable)
- Min 2+ years' admin experience
- Knowledge of clerical concepts
- Good Communication skills both written and oral
- Customer orientated
- Ability to undertake directions
- Display flexibility and an ability to prioritize tasks.
