**About our Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Manager within our Fenestra business. This is a pivotal function for Jeld-Wen businesses acting as an internal hardware distribution channel that purchases, imports and supplies componentry and consumables to the national network of Jeld-Wen operations.

The core purpose of the Administration Manager is to lead all administration functions including sales, customer service, accounts payable and purchasing to guarantee efficient operation of the department, ensuring we meet our customer commitments with a focus on DIFOT, maintain mínimal inventory levels and overseas supply chain functions experience quality customer service. This is a true people role, you will need to be confident with collaborating with key stakeholders such as Product Management and operational staff to anticipate shortfalls or substitution of products, and work closely the Hardware Manager and Warehouse Supervisor managing systems and processes.

In addition, you’ll:

- establish a solid demand forecast for all SKU’s in consultation with the Hardware Manager
- develop a suitable individual stocking policy for all SKU’s in consultation with the Hardware Manager
- plan and manage the phase out / phase in of products to meet the needs of the business with maximum customer service and mínimal obsolescence

**About you**

We’re looking to leverage your experience and knowledge in a warehousing import distribution and/or manufacturing environment combined with exposure to import activities with overseas suppliers, advantageous. Along with a reasonable understanding of and capability in purchasing, supply chain functions, inventory management and warehouse management systems. You are a natural planner with a logical structured approach to your work, drawing on your relationship building and influencing skills to initiate change and continuous improvement. Whilst you balance competing priorities and demands in a high functioning environment, providing leadership to your small team is always an important focus.

You will have:

- exposure to SAP, advantageous
- ability to execute inventory management plans and deliver outcomes consistently
- exposure to safety systems and practices
