**About Us**
We are a demolition and skip bin company that specialize in interior strip outs and detailed demolition, dealing with professional building companies. We are a growing family based business with a hard working attitude and friendly culture throughout the company.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Assist the executive leadership team with their day-to-day, including but not limited to administrative tasks, managing calendars, organising travel, taking meeting minutes and general research
- Organise office events and manage general office upkeep (ordering stationary, maintaining office/kitchen etc)
- Payroll processing and working with time sheets
- HR Duties
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Testing technical systems
- Undertaking basic accounting responsibilities accounts receivable, including invoicing, debt collection
- Managing the social media channels of the company
- Support other departments where required
- Adhoc tasks where required
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be highly organised and an excellent multitasker
- Have a high sense of initiative and be self-driven
- Have a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on additional tasks when required
- Familiarity with technology
- Have strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent computing skills
- Experience with accounting software Xero highly regarded
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
