**Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR)**

**Salary range: $100k base + Super + Uncapped Comms ($130k OTE)**

**Location: Hybrid-remote (Melbourne CBD based)**

**Company**

We are searching for two Business Development Representatives to work in a fast-growing company, our trusted client is a leader at providing data analytics solutions and you will be part of a BDR's Team who are looking into expanding their team to eventually 12 BDR's.

**Role**

As a Business Development Representative your goal will be to drive bookings for sales meeting and help generate recurring revenue growth by sourcing new potential customers, qualifying and creating a sales pipeline.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate the company's value proposition quickly and effectively to engage your audience.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on strategy to meet sales goals
- Meeting and where possible exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
- Schedule discovery meetings for AE's to qualify leads and learning of the sales process along the way

**Requirements**:
To succeed, you’ll need:

- A-levels or equivalent
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to get into a sales career in technology
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Fluent in both spoken and written business English
- Hardworking, self-motivated and confident
