**About the Role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Property team. You will be largely responsible for the processing of rental invoices for our 800 + retail store network and offices. You will be accountable for the accurate recording of all information to ensure we are correctly paying Landlords within the terms of the leases. Immediate start is preferred. This role requires a confident professional that can demonstrate a high attention to numbers and detail with a commitment to customer service.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Entering rent invoices into Lease Eagle system
- Filing and saving of PDF files for each company
- Investigating any invoices which require approval
- Preparing Landlord payment files to integrate into AP system
- Preparing payment from AP system into online banking platforms
- Account reconciliations and handling supplier queries
- Invoicing Fit-out Contributions to Landlords
- Sales Performance reporting
- Calculations for capped rent deals and percentage rents
- General ad-hoc duties as required for the Property team

**To be successful, you will need to have**:

- Experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role preferably in a Retail Business environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and priority setting skills to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- This role requires attention to detail and a “hands on approach”
- A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
