- Permanent, part-time position
- Up to $75,000 pkg, pro-rata

**The Company**

Our client is a very well-established organization in the investment/agriculture industry. Due to recent growth, they are in need of a part-time Accounts Payable Officer to work approximately 15-25 hours per week. This is a wonderful position for a parent or someone who is seeking a part-time position that requires flexibility in their busy schedule.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Processing accounts payable invoices and purchase orders
- Weekly payment run
- Credit Card account reconciliations
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- 2-5 years in a similar end-to-end accounts payable position
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Outgoing personality and the ability to work within a small team environment
- Attention to detail
- Experience using Xero is extremely beneficial
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
