**About the role**

The PMO Specialist is part of the newly formed Performance and Impact Unit, tasked with engaging and embedding the PMO function across all areas of the business. The Performance and Impact team will be pivotal with CCQ to support the successful delivery of the CCQ Strategic Plan.

The role will work within a small Performance and Impact team (of 5 total) to deliver on project timelines. The role will manage CCQ’s project pipeline and provide project management support and coordination to stakeholders across all CCQ groups to ensure projects are strategically aligned and delivered successfully.

This role is Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week).

**Qualification/s and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Project Management or other relevant field.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a PMO Specialist
- Experience working within the not-for-profit sector desirable.

**Technical Skills and Abilities**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
- Commercially astute with strong relationship management skills that allow you to influence and drive strategic outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
