- 35 hour week (Mon-Fri).
- Central Coast | Lake Macquarie location.
- Circa $106k - $113k + 13% super.

This is a great opportunity to work within a professional Human Resources team in empowering organisational success through its people.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our organisation culture and championing our vales. This role provides the opportunity for you to use a broad range of HR experience, working across a range of activities including, talent acquisition, job analysis and evaluation, policy and procedures, performance management and grievance handling, remuneration and benefits, and general HR functions.

**Qualities you will need to succeed in this role**
- Tertiary qualifications to Certificate level in Human Resources, Training and Assessment, Business or related field or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
- Basic level of administrative experience.
- A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the range of HR functions.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and self-management skills and demonstrated ability to set appropriate work priorities.
- General knowledge of legislative and compliance matters relating to employment functions.
