You will be responsible for accurate and efficient payroll processing across multiple sites and business units. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for payroll, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process end-to-end payroll for up to 300 employees, including leave requests, terminations, and new hires.
- Monitor and reconcile payroll calculations, such as superannuation, tax, and salaries.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and policies.
- Complete month-end reporting and other administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Highly organized and process-driven.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like Syspro, HumanForce, Sage Micropay, and WorkDay is a plus.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
- Administration, HR, or payroll qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
