**Service Technician**

An Exciting opportunity is available to join the successful Australian business. You will be working for a Global Company with facilities worldwide that offers ongoing career progression with servicing aligned to a diverse manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a professional Field Service Technician to join our Perth Branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing repair and maintenance for all customers across our product range.
- Coordinating and performing repairs, maintenance, servicing and installing of coding, labelling, printing, and finishing equipment.
- Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information
- Providing product service training to clients as required
- Attend pre installation meetings at our customers premises
- Undertaking regular internal product-based training to ensure OEM standards of Service can be achieved
- Support the sales team with demonstrations and samples
- Be up to date with new technologies through online portal learning
- Ensuring service revenue growth through identify new servicing opportunities.

Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this position, you will be a highly motivated, ‘hands on’ field service technician who takes pride in ensuring high quality service and presentation is always provided. You will also have excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy working autonomously within a team culture through a busy and challenging environment.

An electrical and or mechanical trade qualification together with knowledge on graphic equipment, coders and label applicators would be highly regarded. Ideally a background in the printing industry would be a distinct advantage. Training will also be provided initially and on an ongoing basis.

This position reports to the Service Team Leader.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Ryde, NSW 2114: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
