You would help the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enable employees to achieve the businesses strategic plan, with a core focus on the development of a strong workplace culture

As HR Coordinator, you will partner closely with all executives and be the key contact point for department leaders and managers, focusing on performance, development, and coaching. You’ll provide high level coaching, support and training on a broad range of complex HR practices and people issues, offering solutions in line with best practice, policies, legislation and industrial awards.

**From the HR side some of the duties include**- Providing operational and strategic HR advice, coaching and guidance on a range of complex and sensitive HR related matters including; employee relations, legislation and performance management.- Overseeing strategies, and assisting senior managers (F&B Manager, GMs or Exec Chefs) in their recruitment needs.- Assisting on hosting an induction day for each new staff member.- Assisting on staff social events.- Meet legislative/ business requirements- Providing coaching, guidance and support to all Managers

**About you**- Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry, as well as HR.- Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Formal qualification required- Effective problem-solving skills, high level of initiative and excellent communication skills- Previous experience in a similar role within a Hospitality environment would help but not essential.
