**Your new company**

Our client is amongst the world’s top producers of major commodities, including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from its production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for:

- Managing village experiences through monitoring feedback, providing resolutions, reporting results and coordinating continuous improvement opportunities.
- Improving the village experience through an auditing and planned task confirmation process.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and rectifying non-conformances to contractual obligations.
- Field leadership ensuring actions are closed out in a timely manner, facilitate investigations and risk assessments, and conduct event reporting.
- Building long term cost models, supporting technical teams in understanding underlying costs.
- Managing and monitoring cost control including raising POs, invoicing approvals and end of month accruals.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for the position, you will have:

- Experience as a leader in remote village hospitality services or similar
- Experience in contractor management or supervisor in facility management
- Knowledge and relevant experience working with travel booking systems (SAMS), dashboards and reporting, auditing, and data analysis.
- Problem-solving ability to identify and address challenges within the village and logistics operations.
- Current valid manual driving licence
