**About the role**

Does the thought of using your analytical prowess to predict the unpredictable make your heart race? As a Game Dynamics Operator - Tennis, you will be at the intersection of data and instinct, turning numbers and insights into winning strategies.

Reporting to the Tennis Team Lead, you will play a key role managing our Tennis product across a global landscape and delivering the four major Grand Slams. You will work as part of a diverse, goal orientated and collaborative team who deliver strong operational excellence.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Analyse sports odds, trends and patterns to identify the best wagering opportunities.
- Monitor live games and adjust wagers in real-time based on in-game developments.
- Keep up to date with the latest news, player stats, customer behaviours and industry prices to give you an edge.
- Collaborate with our team of global sport enthusiasts and data stars to devise creative strategies to inform decision-making.

Our team in Melbourne adopts a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff. There is a requirement for some weekend work.
